You will get access to the helpdesk environment where you can add and follow up your questions. You can create these tickets both via the platform and via email.
Small tasks are quickly scheduled and resolved for you.
You will receive an estimate for big tasks.
You can decide for yourself whether it is worth it or whether priorities change.
View the status of your tickets in real-time and follow the progress of our work via the live timesheets.
Once we are done we ask for feedback. If you are satisfied we will put it on your website.
Do you have any hours left on your contract? Do you not have any additional questions right now? No worries!
Your hours will remain valid for another year and we can also transfer them by appointment.
You will be provided with a Trello board. Where we will log how many hours we will work on each question. If it is a larger job, we will also clearly indicate what the expected hours will be. You can also see in our platform how many hours you still have with us.
Sometimes you have a more complex question. That makes sense, because WordPress offers a lot of possibilities. We are also happy to help with that. If we estimate that a question will take more than 4 hours , we will make a clear estimate for you (and possibly a quote). That way you always know what you are dealing with.
Hosting costs are not included in the support contract. Licenses of modules are also charged separately. We also look at building a Magento Webshop in a different way.
For the rest, (almost) anything is possible... although it is best to call 911 if you have fallen in the bath ☺️
Then we use our hours in management for WordPress websites. We charge 75 Euro/hour for interventions as standard. For E-commerce or integrations this is even slightly higher. With a support contract, everything is at the same favorable rate.
If you want to use our services regularly, a support contract is always more beneficial.

Some of our customers require constant support and assistance for many tasks. This can sometimes increase the number of hours. We also provide opportunities for even better support conditions. Be sure to ask our experts your question for your project.
A completely new website is possible , but for this we would prefer to book an exploratory meeting first.
We have very satisfied customers who build a completely new website with us with 2 or 3 support contracts, but in most cases the support contract is purchased after the launch of your website.
