How do I keep control over my hours?

You get a real-time overview of our hours available. For each question we log the number of minutes that we have worked on it. If it is a larger job, we also clearly indicate what the expected hours will be. You can also see in our platform how many hours you have left with us.

What if we still have hours left on the contract?

Do you have any hours left on your contract? Do you not have any additional questions right now? No worries!
Your hours remain valid for one year and we can also transfer these by appointment.

What about complex questions?

Sometimes you have a more complex question. That makes sense, because Wordpress offers a lot of possibilities. We are also happy to help with that. If we estimate that a question more than 4 hours will take, we will make a clear estimate (and possibly a quote) for you. This way you always know what you are dealing with.

What can't be done with a support contract?

Hosting is not possible here, we offer other options for this. Licenses of modules are charged separately. As well as building a magento We look at webshops in a different way.

Are multiple websites possible with one support contract?

Yes! Several of our customers are already doing this.

Is automatic renewal also possible?

By default we ask for renewal every time but some of our customers ask for constant support and assistance for many tasks. This means that the number of hours can sometimes increase and for this we provide possibilities to even better conditions support. Be sure to ask our experts your question for your project.

And build a completely new website?

A completely new website is possible but for this we would like to book an exploratory meeting first.

We have very satisfied customers who build a completely new website with us with 2 or 3 support contracts, but in most cases the support contract is purchased after launch from your website.
